Cash-flow impacts every function in today's business. In our current environment, it is critical for businesses to find ways to increase their capital resources to stay in business. Cost Segregation is one way to derive immediate cash-flow from a business property. My goal is to make more business owners aware of the powerful benefits they can gain through Cost Segregation, then help them down that path because the results are always far greater than they realized. A graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara and an accomplished basketball player at both the college and international level, he capped off his career earning a Gold Medal as a member of Team USA in the 1981 Maccabiah games in Israel. Joel's athletic drive carries on as he works tirelessly to get the job done for clients regardless of any obstacles or deadlines that arise.
Dante is a Managing Member with Cost Segregation Initiatives. Over the last 10 years he has completed Cost Segregation studies for clients ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to small real estate investors and buildings types ranging from Office Space to Manufacturing Facilities. Prior to entering the Cost Segregation industry Dante worked for Major Construction Companies such as The Shaw Group, now Chicago Bridge and Iron, for over 10 years as a cost estimator, submittal manager, and quality control specialists. Dante earned his Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University with a concentration in construction management. He is a current member of the Project Management Institute as a Certified Project Management Professional, PMP as well as a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals as a Certified Cost Segregation Professional, CCSP. Over the last 15 years Dante has overseen the completion of over 1500 Cost Segregation studies.

Curt is President of Cost Segregation Initiatives and a Certified Member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, CCSP. He has been involved in the consultation with CPA’s and or directly with real estate owners and developers on a national basis for the benefits and implementation of Cost Segregation and the surrounding taxation issues for the past 20 years. He is a national educator and speaker on Real Estate Taxation, Depreciation, Accounting Method Changes, Passive Losses and Capitalization Rules. Curt previously served as the National Chair of the Technical Standards Committee of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Prior to forming Cost Segregation Initiatives, Curt formed and built a very successful tax practice limited to emerging businesses in selected industries. The practice was focused on Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Management Firms, and Real Estate Investors.
